Quality Inspector

Shakti Precision & Components Pvt. Ltd, a machinery and automobile component manufacturer, is hiring Quality Inspectors to carry out inspection and measurement and keep production quality on track.

What you’ll do

- Perform inspection and measurement of machined components to drawings and specifications
- Read, understand and interpret engineering drawings
- Set up and adjust machine programs and geometries for tools such as drills, end mills and reamers
- Apply FMEA, 7 QC tools, control plans and inspection plans to maintain quality
- Maintain APQP documentation and inspection records

What we’re looking for

- BE or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- 2-3 years of experience as a quality inspector in a manufacturing engineering company, preferably machinery or automobile components
- Positive knowledge of FMEA,



7 QC tools, control plans, inspection plans and APQP documentation
- Basic ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Basic ability to write programs and adjust geometries on the machine for tools like drills, end mills and reamers
- Willing to work Monday to Saturday in rotating shifts (6 AM-2 PM, 2 PM-10 PM and 10 AM-6 PM)

What we offer

- Long-term contract
- A bonus, plus three days’ extra paid salary for working on a holiday or festival or on two machines

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
