Job Responsibilities
- Handle incoming enquiries regarding stock market courses and research services.
- Understand customer requirements and explain suitable courses or services.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain proper communication.
- Convert qualified enquiries into sales.
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers.
- Maintain customer enquiry and follow-up records.
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Confidence in speaking with customers.
- Interest in sales and customer interaction.
- Valuable listening and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Stock market knowledge is an added advantage, but not mandatory.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
