Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with candidates to fulfil the organization's hiring requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews and assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Negotiate salary expectations and manage offer discussions.




- Ensure timely closure of assigned positions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline; HR/MBA qualification preferred.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of job portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn.
- Basic understanding of recruitment and selection processes.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet hiring deadlines.
- Good negotiation, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Strong sourcing and candidate-management abilities.
