Dr. Aravind’s IVF Fertility and Pregnancy Centre is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Hospital Administrator to manage hospital operations, drive revenue growth, build strong doctor referral networks, organize medical camps, and ensure smooth coordination between patients, employees, doctors, and management.

The candidate should have strong leadership, communication, business development, and problem-solving skills with experience in healthcare operations.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Drive hospital revenue generation through patient growth, referral development, and business expansion.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with referring doctors, clinics, and healthcare professionals.
- Generate patient referrals from doctors and nearby hospitals.
- Plan, organize, and conduct medical camps, awareness programs, and fertility-related health camps.
- Identify new business opportunities to increase patient footfall and hospital revenue.
- Handle and resolve patient queries, complaints, and service-related issues professionally.
- Address employee queries, grievances, and workplace-related concerns.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, counsellors, front-office staff, and other departments.
- Monitor daily hospital operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Track revenue, patient footfall, referral sources, and camp performance.
- Prepare daily, weekly,



and monthly operational and revenue reports.
- Ensure excellent patient experience and service quality.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities and outreach programs.
- Maintain strong relationships with doctors and referral partners.
- Ensure proper staff coordination, discipline, and performance monitoring.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and follow hospital policies.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Hospital Administration / Healthcare Management preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in hospital administration, healthcare operations, or hospital business development.
- Experience in revenue generation and doctor referral management is preferred.
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in conducting medical camps and healthcare outreach programs.
- Ability to achieve revenue and patient growth targets.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and hospital reporting.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
