Field Recovery & Collection Executive

**Job Location:** muzaffarpur / motihari / bhagalpur/east champaran/samastipur/Darbhanga, Bihar

**Salary:** ₹18,700 CTC + Incentives + Fuel Allowance

**Candidate should be comfortable working at locations approximately 50-100km away from their home location *accommodation will be provided by the company*

**Job Type:** Full time

### Job Responsibilities

- Visit customers for loan repayment follow-ups.

- Manage field collection and recovery activities.

- Maintain customer relationships and payment records.

- Follow up on overdue loan accounts.

### Eligibility Criteria

- Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate.

- Age: 18–31 years.

- Bike and Driving Licence / Learning Licence mandatory.





- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

- Comfortable with field work and travelling 50–100 km from home location.
