Head Coach – Key Responsibilities

- Coaching & Training: Conduct coaching sessions, plan training schedules, review sessions and maintain coaching quality.
- Student Records: Manage AIFF registrations, Technical Master, admissions and fee records.
- Attendance: Maintain attendance records and monitor irregularities.
- Student Development: Track progress, prepare reports and collect feedback.
- Tournament Management: Plan, coordinate and execute tournaments and team preparations.
- Fee Collection: Follow up on pending payments and coordinate with parents.
- Centre Management: Maintain equipment, ground conditions and bookings; coordinate with ground owners.
- Parent Communication: Share tournament updates, schedules, requirements and address queries.
- Operations & Coordination: Manage assigned batches and coordinate with management and other coaches.
- Performance Evaluation: Ensure timely task completion, coaching quality and overall student development.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
