Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Conduct Classes: Plan and deliver interactive Spoken English, public speaking, and communication skill sessions.
- Encourage Conversation: Design role-plays, group discussions, debates, and real-life situational practice to build student confidence.
- Train on Basics & Nuances: Teach pronunciation, accent neutralization, sentence structure, vocabulary expansion, idioms, and functional grammar.
- Assess & Track Progress: Conduct regular speaking tests, mock interviews, or fluency evaluations and provide constructive individual feedback.
- Provide Individual Support: Offer one-on-one coaching or remedial help for hesitant or non-native learners.
- Create Material: Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, audio-visual aids, and conversation prompts tailored to different proficiency levels
Pay: ₹6,000.00 per month
