Position: Brand Manager – ATL / BTL
Location: Andheri, Mumbai, Maharashtra
Salary: ₹75,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month
Experience: 5–8 Years

Job Profile:

We are looking for an experienced and creative Brand Manager with strong expertise in ATL (Above The Line) and BTL (Below The Line) marketing activities. The candidate will be responsible for developing brand strategies, planning marketing campaigns, managing promotional activities and strengthening brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement brand marketing strategies.
- Plan and execute ATL campaigns, including TV, radio, print and outdoor advertising.
- Manage BTL activities such as activations, promotions, exhibitions and events.
- Coordinate with advertising agencies, media partners and vendors.
- Monitor marketing campaign performance and ROI.
- Manage brand communication and promotional materials.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Manage marketing budgets and campaign expenses.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.




- Develop strategies to improve brand awareness and market positioning.

Requirements:

- MBA in Marketing or relevant postgraduate qualification preferred.
- 5–8 years of experience in brand management or marketing.
- Strong knowledge of ATL and BTL marketing strategies.
- Experience in campaign planning and execution.
- Excellent communication, presentation and leadership skills.
- Solid understanding of market research and brand positioning.
