Position: Stone Crusher Plant Manager

Industry: Mining / Stone Crushing / Construction Materials

Experience: 5–10 years (preferably in stone crusher or aggregate manufacturing operations)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Stone Crusher Plant Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our stone crushing plant at Lakshmeshwar, Gadag. The candidate will be responsible for managing plant operations, production, manpower, machinery maintenance, material handling, quality control, and overall plant efficiency.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of crusher operations, hands-on experience in managing plant activities, and the ability to ensure smooth and cost-effective production.

Candidate Requirements

- 5–10 years of experience in stone crusher plant operations or aggregate manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of crusher machinery, plant processes, and equipment maintenance.




- Experience in handling workers, machine operators, drivers, and ground-level teams.
- Good understanding of production planning, inventory, dispatch, and cost control.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and operational management skills.
- Ability to independently manage the complete plant operations.

Preferred Qualification

- Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or relevant technical qualification.
- Candidates with robust hands-on experience in stone crusher operations will also be considered.

Work Location: Lakshmeshwar, Gadag, Karnataka.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
