We are seeking a reliable, vigilant, and customer-focused Security Guard to maintain a secure and secure environment for our staff, visitors, and facility premises. In this role, you will be responsible for access control, conducting routine patrols, inspecting entry points, and performing essential security checks—including personal body checks and bag screenings for female visitors and employees.

​Key Responsibilities

​Access Control & Screening: Monitor visitor/employee entry and exit points. Perform respectful and thorough physical searches, body checks, and bag screenings of female personnel and visitors using hand-held metal detectors (HHMD) or door-frame metal detectors (DFMD).

​Patrolling & Vigilance: Conduct periodic security patrols across assigned designated zones (e.g., reception areas, female restrooms, locker rooms, residential blocks, or retail sections).

​Incident Management: Respond promptly to safety emergencies, alarms, medical incidents, or security breaches, following standard reporting protocols.

​Visitor Management: Verify visitor identity, issue security passes, and maintain accurate logbooks for guests, contractors, and material movements.

​CCTV & Alarm Monitoring:



Assist in observing surveillance monitors and reporting suspicious activity or unauthorized entry immediately.

​Customer Service & Assistance: Provide courteous assistance to visitors, direct guests, and maintain a high standard of professional customer service at all times.

​Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies. Maintain daily occurrence registers and submit duty shift reports to the Security Lead.

​Qualifications & Requirements

​Education: Minimum 10th/12th grade completion (High School Diploma equivalent) required.

​Experience: Prior experience as a security guard, ex-military personnel, police/home guard background, or hospitality security experience is preferred.

​Physical Fitness: Good physical condition and stamina to stand for extended periods and walk during patrols.

​Language & Communication: Basic reading and writing skills in the local language and/or English. Clear verbal communication skills.

​Integrity & Professionalism: High ethical standards, punctuality, and ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
