About the Role

This is a hands-on field marketing role suited for someone who enjoys meeting people, exploring new opportunities, communicating with different audiences and building relationships.

This is not a desk-only role, You should be comfortable travelling locally, visiting residential areas, commercial establishments and potential partner locations, interacting with people and actively promoting Immedone through direct marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote the Immedone platform across different localities in and around Coimbatore.
- Conduct door-to-door marketing, direct outreach and local promotional activities to create awareness about Immedone.
- Identify and approach potential customers who could benefit from the services available on the platform.
- Explain Immedone's services, features, benefits and booking process to prospective customers.
- Drive customer registrations, app downloads and platform adoption through field marketing initiatives.
- Identify, approach and engage potential Service Providers across different service categories.
- Explain the benefits of joining Immedone and encourage Service Providers to register on the platform.
- Assist interested customers and Service Providers with the initial registration and onboarding process.
- Visit residential communities, apartments,



commercial establishments, shops and other potential target locations to promote Immedone.
- Build relationships with local businesses, associations, communities and other relevant organisations for promotional partnerships.
- Identify potential locations and opportunities for local marketing campaigns.
- Distribute promotional materials such as pamphlets, brochures, standees and other marketing collateral.
- Organise and participate in local promotional events, awareness campaigns, community activities and marketing drives.
- Conduct competitor research and gather information about local market trends and customer prefer

What We're Looking For

- 2–4 years of experience in field marketing, sales, business development, customer acquisition or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in approaching and interacting with recent people.
- Ability to explain products and services clearly and convincingly.
- Positive convincing, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Coimbatore and nearby locations.
- Ability to work independently and manage field activities effectively.




- Good follow-up and lead management skills.
- Comfortable using smartphones, mobile applications, spreadsheets and basic business software.
- Ability to maintain accurate records of field activities and marketing performance.
- Target-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative in a startup workplace.

Preferred Skills

- Good Tamil and English communication skills.
- Strong familiarity with Coimbatore and surrounding areas.
- Previous experience in field sales, field marketing, promotional activities or direct marketing.
- Experience in customer acquisition, lead generation or business development.
- Experience interacting with vendors, local businesses, service professionals or customers.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media promotions would be an advantage.
- Experience using Excel / Google Sheets for maintaining lead and activity records.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence are preferred, as local travel will be an important part of the role.
