Key Responsibilities1. Purchase & Procurement

- Vendor Sourcing: Research, identify, and evaluate potential suppliers and manufacturers.
- Purchase Orders (POs): Generate and issue domestic or import POs (often using ERP/SAP systems).
- Order Tracking: Follow up with vendors to ensure on-time delivery and resolve delays or damaged goods.
- Bill Verification: Coordinate with the accounts department to verify vendor invoices against POs and delivery receipts.

2. Store & Inventory Management

- Material Receiving: Unload, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against delivery challans and POs.
- Quality Check Coordination: Hand over incoming raw materials or parts to the QC team for approval (tagging accepted or rejected goods).
- Stock Issuance: Issue materials to production or internal departments based on approved requisitions or process cards.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, prevent shortages or overstocking, and organize warehouse racks and labeling.
- Record Keeping: Maintain Goods Received Notes (GRN), issue slips, stock registers, and digital entries in ERP or Excel.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
