Account Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Account Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain financial records, and support the management in regular financial reporting and compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries and financial records.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable activities.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, vouchers, and payment records.
- Perform bank, ledger, and account reconciliations.
- Manage cash and bank transactions and maintain proper documentation.
- Prepare monthly reports, MIS, and account summaries for management.
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance and coordinate with consultants when required.
- Verify expenses, bills, and supporting documents.
- Maintain accurate records of outstanding payments and receivables.
- Assist in monthly closing and finalization of accounts.
- Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal departments regarding financial transactions.




- Ensure proper filing and maintenance of accounting documents.
- Perform other accounting and finance-related duties as assigned by management.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally.
- Valuable understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Knowledge of GST and TDS will be preferred.
- Good analytical and numerical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Eligibility

- Graduate in B.Com / M.Com / Finance or related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience preferred.
- Candidates with experience in handling complete day-to-day accounting operations will be preferred.
