Job Title: Senior Animator / Motion Design Lead

Experience- 10Y

Location: Hyderabad

We're looking for a senior-level Animator / Motion Design Lead who can bridge the gap between creative conceptand flawless technical execution — someone equally comfortable pitching a bold visual idea to leadership andpushing pixels in After Effects at 2am before a deadline. This role blends hands-on animation mastery withcreative direction, mentorship, and pipeline ownership.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Leadership

- Define and evolve visual style guides, animation templates, and motion languages that reflect and strengthenthe brand

- Set the creative bar for tone, style, and quality across all motion output Complex Animation & Execution

- Deliver advanced 2D/3D animation, character rigging, and complex visual effects

- Take projects from storyboard/animatic through final polished export

- Solve tricky technical animation problems (rigging constraints, simulation, compositing, render

optimization)

Team Mentorship

- Review and give constructive feedback on junior and mid-level designers' work

- Provide technical guidance on rigging, timing, and workflow best practices

- Help build a culture of craft and continuous improvement within the team

Project & Pipeline Management

- Own the animation production pipeline from concept through final delivery

- Manage timelines, scope, and resourcing across multiple concurrent projects





- Identify pipeline bottlenecks and implement process improvements

Stakeholder Management

- Present concepts, work-in-progress, and final deliverables confidently to leadership and client executives

- Translate stakeholder feedback into clear creative and technical direction for the team

- Manage expectations around timelines, feasibility, and creative trade-offs

Quality Control

- Maintain exceptionally high standards for design, typography, and animation timing across all outputs

- Conduct final QC passes before client/leadership delivery Required Skills & Tools

- Software Mastery: Advanced expertise in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro; strong 3D skills in Cinema

4D or Blender

- Plugin Proficiency: Deep experience with industry-standard plugins (e.g., Trapcode Suite, Element 3D,

Redshift/Octane/Cycles, Duik/rigging tools, Rokoko or similar)

- Animation Fundamentals: Robust grasp of the 12 principles of animation, timing, and easing

- Rigging & Character Work: Experience building and animating character rigs (2D and/3D)

- Design Sensibility: Strong eye for typography, layout, and visual composition

- Collaboration Tools: Comfortable working across project management and asset-review platforms (e.g.,Frame.io, Monday.com, Asana)

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹54,000.00 per month
