About the Role

Air Institute of Realisation (AiR) is looking for a highly creative and design-driven Visual / UI-UX Designer to work closely with the leadership team on personal branding, digital presence, visual communication, and creative initiatives. The ideal candidate should have exceptional design taste, strong visual thinking, and the ability to transform ideas and concepts into high-quality, engaging visual experiences across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

 Lead visual identity and personal branding initiatives across digital platforms.

 Design intuitive and visually compelling UI/UX experiences for websites and digital products.

 Create high-quality designs for websites, social media, campaigns, presentations, events, and other creative communication.

 Develop and maintain strong visual systems, layouts, typography, and brand consistency.  Work extensively with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite to create qualified design outputs.

 Use AI-powered design tools to improve creativity, ideation, and design efficiency.

 Translate concepts, ideas, and requirements into compelling visual stories and experiences.

 Collaborate closely with leadership and internal teams to understand creative requirements and deliver designs independently.





 Contribute to creative direction, brand development, and design strategy.

 5–7 years of relevant experience in Visual Design / UI-UX / Branding / Digital Design.

 Strong and proven design portfolio is mandatory.

 Excellent design taste with strong attention to detail.

 Ability to think independently and take ownership of creative projects.

 Strong ability to convert ideas and concepts into polished visual experiences.

 Excellent understanding of modern digital design trends and user experience principles.

 Experience working directly with founders, leadership teams, or personal brands will be an advantage.

 Preferred: Strong educational background in Design from a reputed Tier-1 design institute/university.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
