Job Description

Athenian Salon & Academy is looking for a creative and talented Photographer, Videographer, Content Creator & Social Media Manager to handle our digital content, photography, video production and social media platforms.

We are looking for someone who can independently create high-quality content and manage our brand's online presence.

Key Responsibilities

- Photography: Conduct professional photoshoots of salon services, hair transformations, makeup, beauty treatments, academy activities and events.
- Videography: Shoot high-quality videos, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and promotional advertisements.
- Video Editing: Edit videos professionally with transitions, music, captions and engaging effects.
- Instagram Management: Create, schedule and publish daily Instagram posts, Reels and Stories.
- Facebook Management: Manage the Facebook page, publish posts and videos, and maintain regular engagement.
- YouTube Management: Manage the company's YouTube channel, upload videos and Shorts, and optimize titles, descriptions and thumbnails.
- Content Creation: Develop creative content ideas, promotional campaigns, offers and trending videos.
- Graphic Designing:



Create attractive social media posters, promotional creatives and thumbnails.
- Social Media Growth: Improve followers, engagement, reach and brand visibility.
- Content Planning: Prepare weekly and monthly content calendars.
- Reporting: Submit regular performance reports to management.

Required Skills

- Professional photography and videography
- Instagram, Facebook and YouTube management
- Video editing using CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar software
- Canva, Photoshop or other graphic design tools
- Knowledge of social media trends, hashtags and SEO
- Ability to create engaging Reels and Shorts
- Good communication and creative thinking
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Experience: Freshers with excellent portfolios and experienced candidates are welcome.

Preferred: Candidates with experience in beauty, salon, fashion, lifestyle or makeup content creation.

Salary & Benefits

₹15,000 – ₹40,000 per month, depending on experience, creativity, technical skills and portfolio quality.
