Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals and other platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage salary negotiations, offer rollouts and candidate follow-ups.
- Handle bulk and lateral hiring.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions.
Requirements:
- Graduate / MBA in HR preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Robust sourcing, negotiation and coordination skills.
- Experience in retail, manufacturing or consumer industries preferred.
- Knowledge of ATS/HRMS tools such as Keka or Zoho is an added advantage.
Pay: Up to ₹360,000.00 per year
