Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to manage data reporting, generate business reports, maintain records, and support management with accurate and timely information for decision-making. The role requires robust knowledge of MS Excel, reporting tools, and data management processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Collect, analyze, and validate data from different departments.
- Generate reports related to sales, operations, inventory, finance, HR, or project activities as required.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely submission of reports.
- Develop dashboards, trackers, and automated reporting formats.
- Maintain databases and update records regularly.
- Coordinate with internal teams for data collection and reporting requirements.
- Identify discrepancies in data and ensure corrective actions.




- Assist management in performance analysis and business planning.
- Maintain confidentiality and proper documentation of company data.

Required Skills

- Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, HLOOKUP, Formulas, Data Validation, etc.)
- Knowledge of MIS reporting and data analysis.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage large volumes of data accurately.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of ERP systems or reporting tools is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
