Role Description

We are looking for an innovation-driven and detail-oriented Mechanical Design Engineer with a strong background in automation and machine design to act as the creative and technical core of our engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for translating complex automation concepts into precise SolidWorks 3D models, engineering production-ready blueprints using GD&T; principles, and optimizing designs for seamless fabrication using DFM/DFA methodologies to ensure high-performance machinery is delivered accurately to our clients.





Key Respsponsibilities

- Develop integrated automation systems and control solutions for machine design.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams on product deployment and commissioning
- Perform system analysis, troubleshooting, and continuous automation process improvements.
- Create detailed 3D models, technical drawings, and documentation.
- Perform tolerance analysis and apply GD&T; to optimize designs for functionality and manufacturability.
- Lead design reviews and provide constructive feedback to refine and enhance product designs.
- Engage in risk assessments, including DFMEA, to identify and mitigate potential design flaws.

Requirements

- B.E/B.TECH or Diploma in mechanical engineering.
- Excel, PPT, Outlook.
- Minimum 0-2 years of experience in mechanical design & Product Development.
- Solidworks proficiency, AutoCAD/
- DFMA, GD&T;
- Innovation driven mindset.
