About the role
The Swayamrojgar Vibhag works to create employment and self-employment opportunities across Maharashtra. We’re looking for an organized, patient and proactive Office Coordinator to keep our daily operations running smoothly and support our programs, events and outreach.
What you’ll do
Manage day-to-day office operations, records and correspondence
Handle calls, emails and documentation
Coordinate with team members, departments and external partners
Support meetings, workshops, events and departmental programs
Maintain schedules, follow-ups and activity reports
Assist with outreach and promotional activities
What we’re looking for
Graduate in any discipline — freshers with the right attitude are welcome
Hands-on knowledge of MS Office, Excel and Email is compulsory (must be able to work independently on them) Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
Strong coordination, organization and follow-up ability
Patience, maturity and a calm approach with people
Marketing or social media skills — an added advantage
