Bilara Group is looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Business Development Executives to join our team. Freshers are welcome to apply!

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads and convert them into potential customers.
- Make outbound calls and follow up with prospective clients.
- Explain the company's residential construction projects and services.
- Identify customer requirements and schedule client meetings.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly lead conversion and business development targets.
- Maintain lead details and follow-up records.

Requirements





- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Hindi, Tamil, or Kannada is preferred.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Target-oriented attitude and willingness to learn.
