Responsibilities:

- Provide L3 support for Zscaler Proxy and Symantec Endpoint solutions, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and requests.
- Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues related to Zscaler and Symantec products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize security solutions.
- Develop and maintain documentation for processes, procedures, and technical specifications.
- Conduct training sessions and knowledge transfer for junior team members.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Zscaler and Symantec technologies.




- Participate in on-call support rotation as required.

Mandatory Skills:

- Strong expertise in Zscaler Proxy.
- Extensive experience with Symantec Endpoint solutions.
- Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
- Solid understanding of network security principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications:
