Zonal Sales Head - Radiology (or) Surgical products

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Zonal Sales Head (Radiology or Surgical) to oversee and drive the sales performance. This role involves leading a team of sales professionals, developing and implementing strategic plans, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

1.Sales Strategy and Execution

- Develop and implement sales strategies in alignment with organizational goals.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends to drive sales growth.
- Ensure the achievement of sales targets, profitability, and market share objectives.

2.Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to enhance performance and productivity.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training to enhance the teams skills.
- Set explicit objectives and monitor team progress against established KPIs.

3.Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain solid relationships with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders.




- Address customer queries, feedback, and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Conduct regular visits to key accounts to strengthen partnerships.

4.Market Analysis and Reporting
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts, reports, and updates to senior management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional strategies for the region.

5.Operational Excellence
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and ethical practices in all operations.
- Manage budgets and optimize resrce allocation within the region.
- Oversee inventory levels and distribution efficiency in coordination with supply chain teams

Requirements:
- Proficiency in core product domain such as 3D Imaging
- Should be ready to travel across PAN India
- Base Location: Delhi
- Entire North Market Sales Expertise
