Zoom Contact Center Specialist

Required Skills

3+ years of contact center development experience.

Hands-on experience with Zoom Contact Center, including:

Flow Designer

Queues

Skills-based routing

Agent profiles

Working proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Ruby.

Integration/iPaaS development experience with Workato or a comparable platform.

Valuable knowledge of

REST APIs

JSON

Webhooks

API/integration troubleshooting

Experience with digital/asynchronous contact center channels, such as:

Work items

Email

Ticketing

Chat

Basic SQL, including queries, joins, aggregations, and date filtering.
