Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Workday Functional Payroll Consultant at the Senior Associate level to support the implementation, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of Workday Payroll solutions. The ideal candidate should have solid functional expertise in Workday Payroll, payroll business processes, and integrations, along with the ability to collaborate with HR, Finance, and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure, implement, and support Workday Payroll modules.
- Manage end-to-end payroll processes, including payroll calculations, deductions, earnings, taxation, and statutory compliance.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional Workday solutions.
- Configure payroll-related business processes, compensation components, pay groups, and payroll schedules.
- Work on payroll testing, parallel payroll runs, issue resolution, and reconciliation.




- Support Workday Payroll integrations with third-party payroll and HR systems.
- Troubleshoot payroll discrepancies and provide functional solutions.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, and process documentation.
- Support Workday releases, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Mandatory Skills

- Strong hands-on experience in Workday Functional Payroll.
- Good understanding of Workday HCM and Payroll configurations.
- Experience with payroll business processes, earnings, deductions, and pay calculations.
- Knowledge of payroll testing, validation, and reconciliation.
- Experience in requirement gathering, functional analysis, and stakeholder
