Position : Workday Reporting with Prism

Experience: 7–10 Years

Relevant Experience: 4–6 Years

Location: Pan India

Key Responsibilities

- Experience as a Technical Consultant in Workday Reporting, Calculated Fields, and Dashboards.
- Experience in Workday Prism Analytics is preferred.
- Analyze and prioritize support tickets to meet SLA requirements.
- Experience in report migration activities.
- Requirement gathering, effort estimation, and preparation of functional design documents.
- Conduct business requirement workshops and stakeholder discussions.
- Perform Fit-Gap, As-Is, Keep-Drop analysis, and Delta presentation workshops.
- Design, develop, and unit test customizations, interfaces, and reports.
- Prepare technical specifications and configuration documents.
- Track project deliverables and monitor milestones.
- Effectively manage resources and contingency planning for self and team.




- Manage stakeholder expectations and communications.
- Troubleshoot issues in collaboration with functional and technical teams.
- Recommend process improvements and industry best practices.
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently and drive tasks to closure.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing teams and tracking deliverables.
