Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and experienced WordPress & Web Developer with 2–3 years of hands-on development experience to join our Marketing Department. The candidate should have strong practical expertise in WordPress and PHP, along with good knowledge of front-end technologies.

The ideal candidate should be capable of independently developing, managing and maintaining multiple company websites, creating landing pages, customizing themes and plugins, and ensuring website performance, security and functionality.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Mandatory 2–3 years of professional experience in WordPress and Web Development.
- Strong hands-on experience in WordPress website development and management.
- Good knowledge of PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and jQuery.
- Experience with Elementor, Gutenberg, WordPress themes and plugin customization.
- Knowledge of WooCommerce and e-commerce website development.
- Good understanding of MySQL databases and REST API integration.
- Experience in website maintenance, troubleshooting and bug fixing.
- Knowledge of website security, backups, hosting management and speed optimization.
- Understanding of responsive web design and cross-browser compatibility.
- Ability to independently manage multiple websites and development tasks.

Added Advantage:

- Knowledge of React.js, Next.js and Node.js.
- Experience with SEO-friendly website development.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and marketing integrations.
- Experience with website migration and server management.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, manage and maintain existing company websites.
- Design and develop new WordPress websites, landing pages and web pages.
- Customize WordPress themes,



plugins and functionalities based on business requirements.
- Develop responsive and user-friendly websites for desktop, tablet and mobile devices.
- Perform regular website updates, troubleshooting and bug fixing.
- Manage website hosting, domain configurations, backups and security.
- Optimize website loading speed, performance and overall user experience.
- Integrate third-party tools, APIs, forms and marketing platforms.
- Develop and maintain WooCommerce functionalities wherever required.
- Coordinate with the Marketing and SEO teams to support digital marketing campaigns.
- Ensure website functionality, security and compatibility across different browsers.
- Monitor website performance and implement necessary technical improvements.
- Handle multiple website projects independently and complete tasks within deadlines.

Candidate Requirements
- 2–3 years of mandatory hands-on experience in WordPress and PHP development.
- Robust practical knowledge of website development and customization.
- Ability to independently handle website development, maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- A portfolio of previously developed websites is preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile We are looking for a result-oriented Web Developer who can independently take ownership of multiple websites, understand business and marketing requirements, and deliver technically sound, responsive and high-performing websites.

Key: Candidates must have practical WordPress and PHP development experience. Candidates with only basic website editing or page-building experience will not be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
