We're Hiring | HR Operations Specialist

We are looking for an experienced HR Operations skilled with strong expertise in employee lifecycle management, exit formalities, mobility processes, and HRMS administration.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end employee exit formalities, including clearance, full and final coordination, asset recovery, documentation, and employee communication.
- Handle employee mobility processes, including internal transfers, travel coordination, visa processing, and immigration documentation.
- Maintain employee records and ensure accurate and timely updates in HRMS systems.
- Address employee queries and resolve HR operational issues within defined timelines.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and documentation requirements.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth HR operations.
- Support HR transformation, process improvement, and automation initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience:




- 4–8 years of relevant experience in HR Operations.
- Strong hands-on experience in end-to-end Exit Management.
- Experience in employee mobility, internal transfers, travel, visa, and immigration processes.
- Hands-on experience in HRMS administration and employee data management.
- Advanced MS Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data validation, reporting, and analysis.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage confidential employee information with accuracy and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:
- Working knowledge of PeopleSoft and/or SAP HR.
- Exposure to HR reporting and analytics.
- Experience in HR process improvement, transformation, and automation projects.
