About the Role

We are looking for a creative, commercially driven and highly organised Wedding Sales, Planning & Execution Manager who can independently manage the complete wedding lifecycle — from the first client enquiry and sales closure to wedding conceptualisation, design, vendor management, production and final on-ground execution.

This is an end-to-end ownership role for someone who can bring together sales, creativity, planning and execution to deliver exceptional weddings and personalised celebrations.

Key Responsibilities

- Wedding Sales & Business Development

Handle incoming wedding enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, social media and other channels.

Generate and qualify leads, understand client requirements, wedding dates, guest count and budgets.

Conduct client meetings, venue discussions and consultations.

Prepare customised wedding proposals, presentations, quotations and packages.

Follow up with prospects, negotiate commercials and convert leads into confirmed bookings.

Achieve assigned sales, booking and revenue targets.

Develop relationships with hotels, resorts, venues, wedding vendors and industry partners.

- Client Management

Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the wedding journey.

Understand the client’s vision, preferences, expectations and budget.

Manage meetings, communication, approvals, planning updates and deliverables.

Handle client queries, changes, concerns and last-minute requirements.

Ensure a personalised and seamless client experience from onboarding to wedding completion.

- Creative Planning & Wedding Design

Conceptualise unique wedding themes, experiences and creative directions.

Create moodboards, décor concepts, colour palettes and visual presentations.

Develop creative ideas for mehendi, haldi, sangeet, wedding and reception functions.

Research Pinterest references, décor trends,



design inspirations and entertainment concepts.

Present creative concepts to clients and coordinate their implementation.

- Vendor Sourcing & Management

Identify, research and onboard vendors for décor, photography, cinematography, entertainment, makeup, production, hospitality and logistics.

Coordinate with hotels, resorts, venues and destination properties.

Negotiate vendor pricing, finalise deliverables and manage vendor relationships.

Maintain vendor databases, quotations, contracts and execution timelines.

Build a strong and reliable vendor network across wedding destinations.

- Production & Wedding Planning

Prepare detailed wedding plans, function schedules, budgets and execution checklists.

Coordinate décor production, fabrication, sound, lighting, installations and event setups.

Manage venue visits, logistics, accommodation and guest arrangements.

Ensure all project deliverables are completed within agreed timelines and budgets.

Oversee the transition from creative concept to actual event production.

- On-Ground Wedding Execution

Take complete ownership of wedding-day planning and execution.

Supervise vendors, production teams, décor installations and event setups.

Manage event timelines, team allocation and guest requirements.

Resolve last-minute challenges and operational issues.

Ensure smooth execution of every wedding function from setup to completion.

- Budgeting & Project Management

Prepare wedding costing, budgets, quotations and expense sheets.

Monitor project expenses, vendor costs and payments.

Maintain project profitability and commercial discipline.

Manage multiple wedding projects, timelines and deliverables simultaneously.

Candidate Requirements





2–5 years of experience in wedding planning, destination weddings or event management.

Hands-on experience in wedding sales, client handling and project execution.

Ability to independently manage leads, follow-ups, negotiations and booking closures.

Strong creative sense and ability to prepare moodboards and wedding design concepts.

Good understanding of wedding décor, vendors, production and event operations.

Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

Strong budgeting, planning and coordination abilities.

Proficiency in Canva, PowerPoint and other presentation/design tools.

Willingness to travel and work on-ground during weddings, including weekends and holidays.

Ability to multitask, work independently and take complete ownership of projects.

What We Expect

We are looking for someone who can independently handle a wedding from:

Lead Generation → Client Meeting → Sales Closure → Wedding Conceptualisation → Moodboard & Design → Vendor Finalisation → Planning → Production → On-Ground Execution.

This is not an assistant or coordination-only position. The candidate must be comfortable handling clients, closing business, developing creative concepts, managing vendors and taking responsibility for the complete wedding project.

Work Details

Location: Ahmedabad – Work from Office

Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 10:30 AM–6:30 PM; Saturday, 10:30 AM–3:30 PM

Employment Type: Full-time

Travel: Required for wedding projects and on-ground execution.
