- Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries through email, chat and voice , and other support channels.
- Write clear, skilled, and customer-friendly responses.
- Understand customer problems and provide logical solutions.
- Assist customers with technical issues related to digital marketing platforms.
- Use AI tools to find information and resolve queries efficiently.
- Handle multiple CRM tools and applications while assisting customers.




- Manage difficult customer situations with patience and professionalism.
- Stay updated with new tools, technologies, and digital marketing trends.

- Required Skills
- Good written English and email communication skills.
- Strong logical reasoning and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic knowledge of computers and the ability to work on multiple screens.
- Willingness to learn and use AI tools and digital technologies.
- Ability to handle pressure and deal with challenging customer situations.
- Flexibility to adapt to new processes and updates.

- Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory)
- Basic understanding of digital marketing.
- Familiarity with Google Ads, Google Merchant Center, or Google Analytics.
- Experience in customer support, technical support, or digital marketing support will be an advantage.
