We are looking for a smart, responsible and result-oriented HR Executive who can independently manage hiring, team management, HR operations and performance management.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment and hiring.
- Manage Service and Revenue Teams.
- Handle employee onboarding and team coordination.
- Prepare and manage employee salary structures and incentive plans.
- Develop and implement company SOPs and HR policies.
- Monitor employee performance, productivity and work output.
- Handle attendance, discipline, reporting and HR operations.
- Ensure smooth coordination between different departments.
- Take ownership of team management and execution.

- Ability to manage people and extract performance.
- Knowledge of HR operations, salary structures and incentives.
