About the Role

We are looking for an Executive – Projects to support the setup and rollout of new Distribution Centres (DCs) and improvement initiatives across our warehouse network. The role assists in end-to-end project execution – from site readiness, asset procurement, and layout planning through to go-live – working closely with cross-functional teams, vendors, and 3PL partners to ensure sites are delivered on time and to specification.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination

- Support execution of DC implementation projects by tracking tasks against the project plan/checklist and flagging delays
- Coordinate between internal teams, 3PL partners, and vendors/contractors for site readiness activities
- Maintain project trackers, timelines, and status reports for ongoing implementations Procurement
- Raise purchase requisitions and coordinate procurement of warehouse assets, equipment, and consumables (racking, MHE, IT hardware, signage, PPE, etc.) for new site setups
- Source and evaluate vendors, collect quotations, and support comparative cost analysis
- Track purchase orders end-to-end – issuance, delivery timelines, and installation/handover at site
- Maintain procurement trackers and asset registers, and reconcile deliveries against orders and invoices
- Coordinate with Finance/Admin for vendor onboarding, invoicing,



and payment follow-ups
- Support cost tracking against project budgets (Capex) and flag overruns Site Setup & Compliance
- Assist in warehouse site evaluation and readiness checks against defined selection criteria
- Support compliance documentation and coordination for statutory requirements (fire safety, licenses, safety norms)
- Help coordinate rack layout, bay/location numbering, and pick-path setup with the operations team Reporting
- Prepare periodic project and procurement status updates for the Reporting Lead.
- Highlight risks, dependencies, or supply gaps that could impact project timelines

Key Requirements

Experience: 1–3 years in project coordination, procurement, supply chain, or warehouse operations.

Education: Graduate in any discipline; degree/diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Engineering preferred Skills:

- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office; comfort with trackers and checklists
- Basic understanding of procurement – vendor sourcing, quotations, PO tracking
- Positive coordination and follow-up skills across multiple stakeholders
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required Other: Structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable working to timelines
