Key Responsibilities

- Manage overall warehouse operations including receiving, storage, dispatch and inventory.
- Ensure accurate stock management and regular physical stock verification.
- Handle manpower planning and shift management for smooth warehouse operations.
- Monitor warehouse productivity, space utilization and operational performance.
- Prepare and review MIS, stock and inventory reports using MS Excel and ERP.
- Supervise the warehouse team and ensure discipline and timely task completion.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Sales, Accounts and other departments.
- Improve warehouse processes, SOPs and operational efficiency.
- Ensure proper safety, housekeeping and compliance standards.
- Identify and resolve stock discrepancies and operational issues.

Required Skills





- Strong experience in Warehouse & Inventory Management.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, ERP and MIS reporting.
- Team handling, manpower and shift management skills.
- Positive leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualification Graduate / Diploma in a relevant field. Logistics or Supply Chain qualification will be preferred.

Preferred Industry: Trading, Distribution, Electrical, Lighting, Automation, Hardware or Building Materials.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
