Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Audit Executive with strong exposure to Warehouse and Operations Audits, along with excellent data analysis and reporting skills. The candidate should be proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI, with hands-on experience in handling, analysing, and presenting audit-related data.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct warehouse and operational audits to assess process efficiency and internal controls.
- Perform audits of inventory management, stock reconciliation, GRN, material movement, and warehouse operations.
- Identify operational gaps, control weaknesses, process deviations, and potential risks.
- Analyse large datasets to identify discrepancies, trends, and audit exceptions.
- Prepare audit reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
- Develop and maintain MIS reports and data-driven audit dashboards using Power BI.
- Use advanced MS Excel functions for data analysis, reconciliation, and audit reporting.




- Prepare audit findings and present observations through structured PowerPoint presentations.
- Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams for audit execution and closure of observations.
- Monitor corrective and preventive actions and ensure timely implementation.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Warehouse Audits and Operations Audits.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
- Practical experience in data analysis, data handling, MIS, and dashboard preparation.
- Positive understanding of warehouse processes, inventory controls, and operational procedures.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently analyse data and present meaningful audit observations.

Important Requirements
- Candidates must have practical exposure to both warehouse and operations audits.
- Strong data analytics and reporting skills are mandatory.
- Candidates with only accounting, statutory, taxation, or compliance audit experience will not be suitable.
- Candidates must be willing to work from Vadodara.
