Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and finalize rotating equipment turnaround maintenance scopes.
- Review equipment history, maintenance records, and inspection reports to identify required jobs.
- Prepare detailed job plans, work packs, and execution procedures.
- Develop turnaround schedules in coordination with the central planning team.
- Plan manpower, materials, spare parts, tools, and equipment required for execution.
- Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, Inspection, Reliability, Procurement, and other disciplines.
- Ensure the availability of critical spare parts and materials before turnaround commencement.
- Monitor daily progress of rotating equipment activities during turnaround.
- Identify delays, technical issues, and resource constraints and coordinate necessary actions.
- Coordinate with OEMs and specialist contractors for major equipment overhauls.
- Ensure all activities comply with Borouge HSE requirements and quality standards.
- Coordinate equipment inspection, dismantling, repair, assembly, alignment, and testing activities.
- Ensure timely completion of mechanical activities and equipment handover to Operations.
- Prepare daily progress reports,



look-ahead plans, and management updates.
- Prepare final turnaround reports and lessons learned.

Equipment Covered

- Centrifugal and reciprocating pumps.
- Centrifugal and reciprocating compressors.
- Steam turbines.
- Gearboxes and blowers.
- Other critical rotating equipment.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- 13–15 years of experience in rotating equipment maintenance and planning.
- Experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, or refinery plant turnarounds.
- Good knowledge of rotating equipment maintenance and overhaul activities.
- Experience in Primavera P6.
- Valuable coordination, planning, and reporting skills.
