Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager with minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, business development and team management. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, strategic planning and negotiation skills, with the ability to drive revenue growth, expand the customer base and achieve organizational sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities, potential markets and customer segments.
- Lead, manage and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and overall sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors and business partners.
- Drive lead generation, customer acquisition and business development activities.
- Handle key accounts and negotiate major business deals and contracts.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare sales forecasts and track revenue growth.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements.
- Develop and execute sales plans to improve market penetration and profitability.




- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Review team performance and provide guidance, coaching and support to sales executives.
- Prepare and present sales reports, business reviews and performance updates to management.
- Ensure timely follow-up on customer enquiries, quotations and pending orders.
- Identify opportunities to improve sales processes and operational efficiency.

Educational Qualification
- MBA in Sales / Marketing is mandatory.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related discipline preferred.

Experience
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Sales and Business Development.
- Proven experience in managing sales teams and achieving revenue targets.
- Experience in handling key accounts, client negotiations and business development.
- Prior experience in developing and executing sales strategies is preferred.
