Job Summary We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Designer to join our team at EY. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Microsoft PowerPoint, with the ability to create visually compelling presentations and complex infographics. A working knowledge of Excel for data visualization and analysis will be considered a robust advantage.

Role: Graphic Designer

Experience: 7-8+ years

Domain: Wealth Asset Management (WAM), with the ability to design executive presentations, client-facing collateral, thought leadership reports, data visualizations, and marketing material

Your Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop high-impact PowerPoint presentations for internal and client-facing purposes.
- Create complex infographics and visual assets that simplify and communicate data-driven insights effectively.
- Utilize Photoshop and Illustrator to produce graphics, icons, and layouts aligned with EY s brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with consultants and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver creative solutions.




- Analyze numerical data and translate it into visual storytelling through charts, diagrams, and dashboards.
- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and quality across all design deliverables.
- Responsible for decision-making, optimizing processes, resource management, and overseeing team management as needed for task execution.
- Accountable for allocating personnel, supervising team members, assigning tasks, ensuring that the team has the necessary tools and support to succeed in their roles and optimizing and evaluating their performance to meet organizational goals.
