Role & responsibilities

- Contact customers with overdue accounts through outbound calls.

- Remind customers about pending payments and due dates.

- Follow up on delinquent accounts to recover outstanding balances.

- Negotiate repayment schedules and settlement options within approved guidelines.

- Update customer payment information and collection status in the system.

- Resolve customer queries related to outstanding dues and payment processes.

- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and collection activities.

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.

- Escalate difficult cases or disputes to supervisors when necessary.

- Ensure compliance with applicable collection regulations and company policies.
