We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates for Domestic and International Voice/Blended Process roles.

This is a special walk-in hiring drive open to both freshers and experienced candidates looking to build or advance their careers in the BPO and Customer Support industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Assist customers with their queries and provide appropriate resolutions.
- Maintain professional communication and deliver excellent customer service.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving.
- Follow company guidelines and process requirements.

Eligibility Criteria

- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.




- Undergraduate and Graduate candidates can apply.
- Candidates with Domestic BPO experience are eligible.
- Candidates with International BPO experience are preferred.
- Positive verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Flexibility to work from office.
