Role & responsibilities

- Design complete electrical systems, PLC panels, MCCs, remote I/O panels, and control systems for automated machines.

- Develop electrical architecture, schematics, panel layouts, wiring diagrams, BOMs, and engineering documentation.

- Design electrical systems for conveyors, lifts, ASRS, sortation, and other material handling automation equipment.

- Perform electrical calculations, component selection, and power/control circuit design.

- Develop and maintain designs using EPLAN Electric P8 and/or Zuken E3.series.

- Ensure compliance with UL 508A, NFPA 79, NEC, IEC, CE, and UKCA standards.

- Coordinate with PLC/HMI, mechanical, manufacturing, and project teams.

- Support FAT, commissioning, troubleshooting,



and international customer interactions.

- Lead electrical design activities, review deliverables, and mentor junior engineers.

Preferred candidate profile

- Solid expertise in industrial electrical systems and control panel design.

- Knowledge of PLCs, VFDs, servo drives, motors, safety systems, and industrial networks.

- Experience in load calculations, cable sizing, voltage drop, short circuit, and SCCR.

- Proficiency in EPLAN Electric P8 and/or Zuken E3.series.

- Knowledge of international electrical standards and panel design practices.
