Job Title: Sr. Site Engineer

- Supervise, plan, and execute day-to-day construction site activities, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines.
- Manage all RCC works, including foundations, columns, slabs, beams, retaining walls, etc.
- Monitor and control finishing activities including plastering, painting, tiling, false ceiling, waterproofing, and final handover works.
- Execute day-to-day site activities and ensure timely completion of work.
- Interpret and implement construction drawings and specifications.

Productive in MIVAN Shuttering
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor and report on progress, quality, and safety at the site.
- Prepare daily site reports, material consumption logs, and labor reports.




- Ensure adherence to safety, health, and environmental standards.
- Review and interpret construction drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
- Handle layout work, leveling, marking, and quality control.
- Verify the quality of raw materials and workmanship.
- Support billing work and check contractor measurements.
- Resolve site-related technical issues efficiently.

Requirements and Skills

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, or similar.
- Experience in a similar role.
- Sound knowledge of Engineering, construction, and design.
- Ability to apply logical and critical thinking skills to projects.
- A willingness to learn.
- 7+ years of relevant experience.
- Required immediate joiner.
