Role & responsibilities

- Handle health insurance and TPA-related activities.

- Process insurance pre-authorisation requests and approvals.

- Verify patient insurance details and policy eligibility.

- Coordinate with TPA and insurance companies for approvals.

- Handle cashless and reimbursement claims.

- Prepare and submit insurance claim documents.

- Follow up on pending approvals and claim settlements.

- Coordinate with billing, medical records and clinical departments.

- Ensure accurate documentation and timely claim submission.

- Resolve insurance-related queries from patients and their attendants.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of hospital insurance and TPA procedures is mandatory.

- Positive understanding of pre-authorisation and claim processing.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Basic computer knowledge.

- Ability to handle documentation and follow-ups.
