Job Summary

We are looking for a practical and responsible Project Coordinator to supervise and coordinate healthcare infrastructure and development activities. The candidate will act as a coordination link between management, contractors, and vendors, ensuring that all project activities are completed as per requirements, quality standards, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Regularly inspect ongoing site work and monitor project progress.

- Coordinate with electricians, civil contractors, plumbers, HVAC technicians, and other vendors.

- Ensure work is carried out as per management instructions and approved requirements.

- Follow up with vendors regarding materials, work schedules, and pending activities.

- Identify site-related issues and report them to management.

- Ensure timely completion of assigned work and resolve coordination gaps.





- Maintain daily progress updates and communicate project status to management.

- Coordinate installation and basic inspection of electrical systems, lighting, wiring, and other infrastructure.

- Ensure proper coordination between management and all external service providers.

Required Skills

- ITI in Electrical / Diploma in Electrical Engineering.

- Basic understanding of electrical and civil site work.

- Positive vendor coordination and follow-up skills.

- Ability to inspect site work and identify basic technical issues.

- Good communication and reporting skills.

- Responsible, proactive, and capable of getting work completed within deadlines.
