Atain is looking for a energetic and results-driven Consultant - Talent Acquisition to join our Talent Acquisition Group (TAG) on a 1-year contractual role based in Gurgaon.

Consultant - Talent Acquisition (TAG)

Key Responsibilities

Source, screen, and evaluate candidates across various roles

Manage end-to-end recruitment life cycle

Utilize job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and other sourcing channels

Coordinate interviews and stakeholder communications

Conduct reference checks and support background verification processes

Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring journey

Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, and hiring reports

Partner closely with hiring managers to deliver quality talent within defined timelines

What We're Looking For

- Experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment




- Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in volume hiring and lateral hiring preferred
- Proficiency in recruitment portals and social networking platforms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
