Role Summary

As an AR Executive, you will be responsible for managing and resolving outstanding insurance claims, ensuring timely follow-up with insurance carriers, and maximizing collections while minimizing bad debt. The role involves interacting with US insurance companies through phone calls and web-based portals to address open Accounts Receivable (AR) and drive claim resolution.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform analysis and follow-up on assigned AR accounts to ensure timely resolution.
- Contact insurance companies through calls and online portals to obtain claim status and resolve outstanding balances.




- Utilize available tools and resources to progress accounts toward payment, corrected claim submission, appeals, patient responsibility transfer, or adjustment.
- Identify and report trends related to denials, billing errors, credentialing issues, and other revenue cycle challenges.
- Meet defined production and quality SLAs.
- Accurately document call outcomes and account actions in the billing system.
- Adhere to established policies and procedures and stay updated on process changes.
- Continuously improve performance based on feedback from managers and quality auditors.
