Job Overview

We are looking for skilled Desktop Support Engineers and Senior Desktop Support Engineers to provide IT infrastructure and end-user technical support. The ideal candidates should have hands-on experience in troubleshooting hardware, software, operating systems, and network-related issues.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide L1/L2 desktop and end-user technical support.
- Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows OS and applications.
- Handle hardware, software, LAN, Wi-Fi, and connectivity issues.
- Configure and troubleshoot Outlook, MS Office, and email applications.
- Manage Active Directory, user accounts, and password resets.
- Maintain IT asset records and ensure timely resolution of support tickets.




- Coordinate with internal IT teams for escalated technical issues.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, desktop and laptop troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with hardware and software support.
- Knowledge of LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP.
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft Office 365.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Senior Desktop Support Engineer – Additional Requirements
- 4–6 years of relevant experience in desktop/L2 support.
- Ability to independently handle complex technical issues.
- Experience in IT infrastructure support and escalation management.
- Ability to guide junior support engineers.
