Job Summary-Field executive

Responsible for managing outstanding hospital bills, corporate credit collections, insurance and TPA-related dues, and coordinating with patients, corporate clients and insurance companies to ensure timely payment recovery and minimise outstanding receivables.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Follow up on outstanding hospital bills, corporate credit accounts, insurance and TPA receivables to ensure timely collections.
2. Coordinate with corporate clients, insurance companies, TPAs, patients and hospital billing teams for payment clearance.
3. Track pending bills, payment commitments, ageing reports and outstanding dues, ensuring timely follow-ups and escalations.
4. Resolve billing discrepancies,



documentation issues and payment delays while maintaining accurate collection records and MIS reports.

Required Skills
1. Hands-on experience in hospital billing, credit collections or healthcare revenue recovery.
2. Knowledge of hospital billing, corporate credit billing, insurance and TPA processes.
3. Solid negotiation, communication and payment follow-up skills.
4. Good knowledge of MS Excel, outstanding reports and receivables management.

Preferred Candidate Profile Candidates from multi-speciality hospitals with experience in hospital bill recovery, corporate credit collections, insurance/TPA outstanding follow-ups and revenue cycle management will be preferred.
