Working Days: 6 days a week

Salary: Up to 18,000 per month

Job Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries related to logistics, shipments, and delivery status.
- Provide updates on shipment tracking and resolve delivery-related concerns.
- Assist customers with their queries through inbound voice calls.
- Coordinate with the relevant teams to resolve customer issues.
- Maintain skilled communication and ensure customer satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria

- Good verbal communication skills in English.
- Customer service experience preferred; freshers may be considered based on communication skills.
- Willingness to work in a day shift and 6-day working schedule.
