- Percolate strategy planning process to Leads and ensure its adoption across all the offices

- Review and monitor the performance of team members and provide requisite developmental support/inputs

- Able to develop cutting-edge solutions to solve admin-related escalations.

- Ensure client satisfaction and regular structured client meetings.

- Support the leasing team to respond to technical requirements
