About the Role

We are hiring 3 B2B Business Development Executives to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. This role is focused on outreach, lead generation, and closing deals with educational institutions and corporate partners. You will be responsible for meeting daily calling targets and managing your own sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound B2B calls to colleges, companies, and organizations.

- Connect with HR, L&D; managers, placement officers, and decision-makers.

- Generate leads and identify recent business opportunities.

- Schedule meetings and follow up with potential clients.

- Explain our services and training programs to prospective clients.

- Negotiate, convert leads, and close business deals.

- Maintain daily calling records and follow-up reports.

- Achieve assigned business development targets of 40-50 calls per day.

Requirements

- Students, freshers,



and experienced candidates can apply.

- Good communication and convincing skills.

- Comfortable making professional outbound calls.

- Self-motivated and target-oriented.

- Must have a laptop/mobile phone and internet connection.

Good to Have

- Based in Hyderabad.

- Telugu speaker.

- Basic knowledge of sales, telecalling, or business development.

Compensation & Benefits

- Monthly salary: 10,000 - 15,000 INR.

- Performance incentives per deal close.

- Retention bonus provided after 12 months of service.

Work Mode, Location & Hours

- Work Mode: Remote (Work From Home).

- Location: Hyderabad, Telangana.

- Hours: Monday to Friday, 2:30 PM to 6:30 PM.

Commitment & Growth

- Minimum 6-month commitment is expected.

- 3-month probation period applies.
